International Shipping Policy
Only orders with exact matching billing and shipping will be released for shipment.
In order to expedite the process, we may call or email you to verify an order, please call us back at the number provided or reply directly to the email.
You, the customer, are responsible for all import duties and taxes at the time of delivery.
If you refuse delivery or the carrier cannot deliver it, the package will be returned to us and you will be credited for the product minus shipping/handling costs (to and from). Please be aware, in some cases, this cost may exceed the actual cost of product in which case you will not be reimbursed at all.
We are not responsible for damaged packaging, this includes but is not limited to shoe boxes and/or item bags. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by the shipping carrier. We cannot offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping courier with your tracking information for any mailing questions.
