Return Policy

Returned items or canceled orders are refunded as store credit to UNKNWN.com in the form of an UNKNWN E-Gift Card. Items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached and with the original invoice.

  • 0-14 days from delivery date: customers may return their item(s) for a refund in the form of store credit.
  • All international orders are final sale and non-refundable.
  • All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Select items (identified on product pages) are final sale and non-refundable.

Please use UNKNWN.HappyReturns.com to process your return. If requiring additional communication for your return or exchange (i.e. received wrong item) please email us directly at CustomerService@UNKNWN.com.

  • Exchanges will start being processed once the item arrives to UNKNWN's Return Department. Available inventory for exchanges will be reviewed upon package receipt date.
  • If using UNKNWN’s shipping label the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. You may also mail returns using any other trackable method at your expense.
  • UNKNWN is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Any canceled orders requested by the customer will be issued as an e-gift card per our return policy.

REFUSED PACKAGES

Customers with refused packages will be subject to a $12 restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. The fee(s) will be deducted from a reimbursed as store credit.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Any orders not picked up within 5-days will be cancelled and issued store credit as per our return policy. Please contact customer service if you need to request more time for picking up your order.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

UNKNWN offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of the sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your UNKNWN account in the form of a store credit. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when the request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price (such as sale promotions for a short period of time and/or discount codes).

RELEASES & LAUNCHES

Launches (UNKNWN.com/Launches) and drawings orders CANNOT be cancelled once submitted and will automatically be processed if won. All sales are final. By entering the Release you accept and opt into e-mail marketing to receive future newsletter emails from UNKNWN. You can stop emails at any time by unsubscribing. Discount codes and/or giftcards cannot be used for launches and drawings when entered on UNKNWN.com/Launches.

All entries will be be selected and charged within 24-hours of the release ending date and time listed. If your bank declines payment we will move on to the next entry. Multiple entries will disqualify you from current future draws (1 entry per customer).

In addition to shipping charges shown during the entry process, if you win the release you may be charged a State, City, or County Tax based on your location.

ZIP INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

Returned items for customers using Zip's payment program will be refunded as store credit to UNKNWN.com in the form of an UNKNWN E-Gift Card. In compliance with Zip's payment schedule policy, customers will continue to pay Zip their agreed installments. Any and all return requests for orders using Zip, even if the issue is UNKNWN's fault, can only be processed in form of a store credit. Please use Zip selectively with this knowledge.

RETURN SHIPPING

Domestic customers can obtain a return label at UNKNWN.HappyReturns.com on full-price items eligible for a return. Please note all sale items, select products (identified on product pages), and international orders are not eligible for return are non-refundable.

If you were shipped the wrong item or size please email us directly at CustomerService@UNKNWN.com.

If you return items in separate shipments, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.

Returned orders that were shipped with signature confirmation will be refunded as store credit per UNKNWN’s return policy. Customers are responsible for coordinating with shipping carriers on scheduling or re-scheduling order shipments that require a signature confirmation. UNKNWN is not responsible for any packages once shipped and UNKNWN does not work for the shipping carrier company.

Only items purchased on www.unknwn.com, our online store, can be returned by mail.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Without proper documentation, returns/exchanges will not be accommodated.

We do not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged returned goods while in transit from customers.

Original shipping charges and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
