If I place an order today, when will my order arrive?
GROUND SHIPPING: Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for the order to be processed and verified. Please allow up to an additional 7 business days for shipping based on location. We do not deliver on weekends.
EXPEDITED OR PRIORITY SHIPPING: Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for the order to be processed and verified. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for shipping. We do not deliver on weekends.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
All online orders receive a confirmation email.
If you didn't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
Please check your payment account to see if a transaction went through.
If still unsure, please contact us with your name, address, date and email account used to make the order. Do not send us any credit card info.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Once an order is received it cannot be canceled. Our return policy is for store credit.
Using our contact us form, select Order Help and include your name, email, and Order ID associated with the order.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
We charge sales tax in all states we operate in, which is currently Florida and Ohio.
Do you price match?
Not at this time.
I forgot to use my discount code on my purchase, can it be applied after I placed the order?
We cannot apply the discount retroactively, but it can still be used on future purchases (subject to expiration dates). Discount codes or giftcards cannot be used for launches and/or drawings.
I placed an online order, can I come pick it up at the store?
If you chose "In-Store Pickup" as your delivery option please wait for an email stating that your item is "Ready for Pickup". Many items are not located in our store and will be brought to our location so you can pick it up at a later date.
I have a credit from an online purchase, can I use it for in-store?
Not at this time. And vice versa, in-store credits cannot be applied on online.
Why isn't my order showing up on the tracking page?
All orders will populate within at least 3 business days. If it still doesn't show up, please contact us.
I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?
You should have a tracking number within 3 business days.

Can I change the address that my order is shipped to?
No. Unfortunately we cannot change shipping addresses. Please contact us for assistance.
My package arrived and the box is damaged, can you offer a discount?
We do not offer discounts on boxes at this time.
Some vendors boxes are flimsier than others and may incur slight damage in transit.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you deliver on weekends?

I just received my online order. Can I return it for a full refund?
We only offer store credit for returns at this time. All returns are subject to our return policy.
I returned an item, why haven't I received my refund?
Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your refund.
Please be advised it may take another 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
