FULFILLMENT

For all orders, please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for the order to be processed and verified.

In order to expedite the process, we may call or email you to verify an order, please call us back at the number provided or reply directly to the email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason and process a full refund.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

UNKNWN ships to the 48 contiguous United States and all International Orders via FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING METHODS

UNKNWN ships all orders domestically via UPS.

Please note weekend delivery is not available at this time.

Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on location and other third party factors beyond our control.

UNKNWN is unable to group multiple orders into a single shipment.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping estimated rates range from $18+ for UPS Ground. Priority Shipping for $45+ or Expedited Shipping for $35+.

All order balances and rates are in U.S. dollars. Please see our International Shipping Policy for any orders outside of the United States.

All domestic orders over $400+ will be shipped with signature confirmation.

TRACKING

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order's transit.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders selected for in-store pickup require 1-3 days for processing. Please wait for a Ready For Pickup email notification to be sent before picking up. Many items are not stored at each store and must be brought over. Any orders not picked up within 5-days will be cancelled and issued store credit as per our return policy.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

A confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped which includes the order details and tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged packaging, this includes but is not limited to shoe boxes and/or item bags. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by the shipping carrier. We cannot offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. We do not work for the shipping carriers nor are affiliated to shipping carrier companies. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information and inquires for any mailing questions or concerns.
