Founded in 2011, Tim Coppens is the New York-based eponymous label created by notable Belgian designer. An alum of the acclaimed Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Coppens has received the CFDA Swarovski Award for Menswear (2014), LVMH Prize Finalist (2014), and CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year nomination (2014-2015). In addition to his namesake collection, Coppens is the Executive Creative Director of Under Armour Sportswear.

Tim Coppens debuted his Fall 2017 collection at the prestigious Pitti Uomo 91 in Florence, Italy. The collection tells a story of an apocalyptic romance; Max, a young New Yorker traveling to Europe for the first time, hoping for one last renegade adventure on his dirt bike before the oceans engulf the continents and the woman, Tequila, a girl with two long braids, a white bird symbolizing peace, and a white horse. The concept is deeply developed and personal: symbolizing a home-coming of sorts for the designer to Europe after showing for the past five years in New York.

Rough Mad Max-influenced raw aesthetic paired with equestrian notes drawing touches of both rave and skate culture creates a bold collection featuring hues of blues, reds, and yellows. Notable pieces include the MA-1 Sweatshirt, FZ Hooded jacket and the moto-inspired Motorcross Pant.
