Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached and with the original invoice.

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return their item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit. If the product is returned after 14 days, the customer will receive a store credit for the amount of their order minus applicable shipping fees.  Absolutely no orders will be accepted for returns after 45 days from delivery date.

Customers selecting exchange or store credit will not be charged a restock fee. Customers selecting refund will receive a refund minus a $12 restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

One return label will be provided per order. If you choose to return items in separate shipments, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.

Only items purchased on, our online store, may be returned by mail.  To properly return item(s), please include the form below with your return/exchange, filled out with accurate information.

Without proper documentation, returns/exchanges will not be accommodated.

All International Orders are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. 


We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed a refund in the form you have selected will be issued.

Original shipping charges and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. However, shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.


Return an item
