Return Policy

Returned items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached and with the original invoice.

  • 0-14 days from delivery date: customers may return their item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • 15-45 days from delivery date: customer will receive a store credit for the amount of their order minus applicable shipping fees.
  • After 46 days from delivery date: no orders will be accepted for returns.

All international orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Restocking Fee (Refunds Only)

Customers selecting refund will receive a refund minus a $12 restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. Customers selecting exchange or store credit will not be charged a restock fee.

Return Shipping

One return label will be provided per order.
If you return items in separate shipments, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.

Only items purchased on, our online store, may be returned by mail.

Without proper documentation, returns/exchanges will not be accommodated.

We do not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged returned goods while in transit from the customer.

Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a refund in the form you have selected will be issued.

Original shipping charges and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Shipping costs for a replacement item is free up to one time per item.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
