All orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship out next business day, subject to complete verification.  Any orders that are placed on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be shipped out the following business day, Monday, subject to complete verification. 

Shipping Locations: UNKNWN ships to the 48 contiguous United States via Fed Ex and Canada via UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Methods 
Standard Shipping: Ground (5-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping:  2-Day Air (2 business days)

Orders placed with our Expedited Shipping service before 12:00 PM EST will ship out the same day subject to verification and will arrive after 1 business day has past (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only.  Delivery times may vary depending on location and other third party factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders to the US over $150 USD. For orders under $150 USD, shipped to the U.S., $8.00, Expedited Shipping: $16.00  All orders shipped to Canada $15.00.

All order balances and rates are in U.S. dollars. Orders to Canada are subject to duties & taxes upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. You may incur Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) fees upon delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. International customers are responsible for any V.A.T. and/or duties that may be charged when the order passes through customs on it’s way to you.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order’s transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
A confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped which includes the order details and tracking number. If the shipment tracking status shows “Delivered” and the shipment is lost for reasons such as the non-availability of buyer or left at door, UNKNWN is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen under these conditions.

In the event of lost shipments, our customer service will help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once all investigations are completed and the shipment has been confirmed as lost, you will be credited for your purchase and any shipping costs.
