Domestic Shipping Policy

For all orders, please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for the order to be processed and verified.  

In order to expedite the process, we may call or email you to verify an order, please call us back  at the number provided or reply directly to the email.

Shipping Locations: UNKNWN ships to the 48 contiguous United States via Fed Ex and all International Orders via DHL Express. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Methods 

UNKNWN Ships all orders domestically via FedEx.

Orders placed with our Expedited Shipping service before 12:00 PM EST will ship out the same day subject to verification. Please note Saturday delivery is not available at this time. 

Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only.  Delivery times may vary depending on location and other third party factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rate is $10 for FedEx Ground.

2-day Expedited Shipping for $25.00 or Overnight Shipping (Pending Review Verification) for $35.00

All order balances and rates are in U.S. dollars. Please see our International Shipping Policy for any orders outside of the United States.


Tracking:
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order’s transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
A confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped which includes the order details and tracking number. If the shipment tracking status shows “Delivered” and the shipment is lost for reasons such as the non-availability of buyer or left at door, UNKNWN is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen under these conditions.

In the event of lost shipments, our customer service will help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once all investigations are completed and the shipment has been confirmed as lost, you will be credited for your purchase and any shipping costs.
